Anti-virus solutions

There are a number of anti-virus solutions around, both free and proprietry; we tend to recommend Norton Anti-virus because we use it and it has been effective to date. We've tried MacAfee but encountered problems with it and reverted to Norton. Which ever anti-virus product you choose, it is essential that you keep it up to date because new threats emerge constantly. In the case of Norton it means running 'Live Update' regularly and renewing your subscription each year.
